She was exceptionally helpful and a had a tradesman at our property within 24hours of first contact. They knew exactly what was needed, quickly sourced the parts and had the job completed to a high standard and very reasonable price withing a few hours of first looking at it. We had Fen Property Services in to help us find a leak in our pipework. Stuart came out twice to assess the problem before diagnosing the issue and suggesting solutions. Although the solution for us was to reroute all the pipes from the boiler, we trusted that this was the last resort and that Stuart had done everything he could before reaching that conclusion. The end result has exceeded our expectations. We didn't realise how chilly our house had been before we got the problem sorted! We now have beautiful copper pipes featuring in some of the rooms of our cottage, a fully functional towel rail in the bathroom and a thermostat for the boiler!! I can't thank the team enough for putting up with the constant questions, additional requests and all the animals "helping out". You've done a fantastic job and I would recommend you in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service and workmanship. What I thought to be ( as a layman) a simple exchanging of two old gas fires for two new ones was not so simple. Stuart ploughed on through all the problems that became apparent securing a chimney expert and a builder to overcome the potential risk the chimney presented. Fires now safely installed and Gas Safe Certificates now can be provided. Stuart goes far beyond what is normal from a good trades person and I cannot recommend him enough.

I highly recommend this company. I had a small but vital plumbing problem, other plumbers had let me down with no warning. After 8 days I needed it sorting, I asked for recommendations from a local discussion forum and Stuart’s wife contacted me. By lunchtime the next day Stuart had completely fixed it. He is pleasant, friendly yet professional and I felt completely at ease with him being in my home.
