There are countless options available these days when it comes to choosing a kitchen tap, today I would like to talk to you about ones which offer instant boiling water. We recently fitted one and I have to say, it was quite impressive!

These taps offer filtered, hot and close to boiling hot water, all with the turn of the tap handle and all at lightning speed. They have a small tank which sits under your kitchen sink along with a filter cartridge. They don't take up loads of space and it will save you time when you want a cup of coffee or tea as you dash around to get out in the morning. Serving around 60-70 cups of water at 98 degrees an hour, you would be hard pushed in any domestic environment to run out of piping hot water and the running costs are minimal. You do need to change the filter ever 6 months or so on most but you will have beautiful filtered water as well as the instant hot and standard hot water.

There are of course always the more advanced options, here I am going to introduce you to Quooker taps. They are the top end price wise but I believe are the only manufacturer to offer 100 degrees. Quooker also offer various add on options to have sparkling water straight from the tap as well as the hot, cold, filtered and boiling so it does offer a complete solution if you are looking for extra's all from your kitchen tap. The tank is a little bigger than the others however it offers more cups per hour.
